Advanced Security for Outlook

When sending an e-mail or a fax from ClassiX®, you will encounter two problems in the communication between ClassiX® and Outlook. On the one hand, access to Outlook under XP must be granted by the user. However, this can only be done for a maximum period of 10 minutes, after which the user has to confirm the access again. Secondly, mails or faxes cannot be sent automatically without confirming the sending of each mail individually. This is a particularly annoying problem with mail merge.

The remedy is a free product of the MAPILab company. You can find the link to the product and functional description below. After the installation and the first access of ClassiX® to Outlook, the access to Outlook can be generally allowed by ClassiX®. Afterwards, the user will no longer be disturbed by the above mentioned Outlook queries.
